My quest to provide homebuyers and sellers with exemplary service began in May of 1997 as I began actively selling Residential Real Estate in North County San Diego.

In 2004 I moved back home with my two children to Redding, CA.  In those 15 years I have been through several cycles of Real Estate Sales.  The most dramatic of course were the years when the market bubble burst and folks were having to sell their homes in Short Sale, or their homes were foreclosed upon. 

I assisted a minimum of 50 families per year during those homes diving into the negotiations with mortgage companies to take less money than what was owed on these homes, allowing the sellers a dignified method of selling their homes without being foreclosed upon. 

Today I now have my own brokerage averaging approximately $8-13,000,000 in sales per year.  I have been on the Shasta Association of Realtors Board of Directors now for 6 years and was the President of the Shasta Association of Realtors for 2020. I have been Committee Chairperson for the Scholarship Committee, Social Committee and a member of several other committees for the Shasta Association of Realtors. I have recently been inducted into the Redding West Rotary where I look forward to more community volunteer work.
